Help us make the 2016 season our best yet and make a donation to the Brooklyn Bridge Park Boathouse today!

We are raising $12,300 for our 2016 kayaking season, and we need your help! To keep up with the ever increasing demand for our free kayaking programs, we are looking to expand our kayak fleet, make repairs on the boats we already have, and buy additional safety equipment. Please consider making a donation today so we can keep providing free kayaking programs for people like you!

Here’s exactly where your donations are going:

New boats ($6,000)
Insurance ($2,300)
Safety and other kayaking equipment ($1,000)
Repairs to our boats and equipment ($1,000)
Other expenses, including membership fees, website maintenance, promotional material, etc. ($2,000)

We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and all donations are fully tax-deductible and can be made online securely through PayPal or in person during our public kayaking programs. We welcome any level of donation, but have provided the following as a guide:

$50 - Paddler Level - Buy us a paddle and we’ll put your name on it!
$100 - Safety Boater Level - We’ll thank you on our website.
$250 - Deck Boat Level - We’ll invite you and 3 friends to a private group paddle.
$500 - Kayak Roll Level - We’ll invite you and 6 friends to a private group paddle.
$1,000 - Kayak Guide Level - Buy us a boat and we’ll set up a private paddle for you and your friends (up to 20 people)!
